For orders with multiple shipments, the return period starts upon receiving the last shipment. Please wait for all shipments to arrive before requesting a return.

Domestic Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and dispatch it back to us.

• Return Charge: £3

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return visit: Return Link. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

For International returns (inc Channel Islands & Isle of Man) you will need to pay for your return to the UK, you will need to get your returns label that can be tracked. Refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import VAT (normally applied to goods over £15) and pay a custom duty charge (if your order value is over £135).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as lingerie products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (UK only)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Please allow up to 7-days for the Return and Refund to be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping is based on weight, and the cost will be confirmed
during checkout.

We use Evri as standard, Yodel or Royal Mail but this
can be upgraded at time of checkout. For large & bulky items we use UPS or
DPD depending the situation at the time.

In general, UK delivery can take between 2 - 7 working days

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the estimated delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Lost Parcels
