Shipping Costs

    Domestic (UK) Delivery

    Shipping cost is based on weight and will be confirmed during checkout.

    We use Evri as standard, or Yodel and Royal Mail but this can be upgraded at time of checkout. 

    International Orders

    Import duties and taxes for international shipments are not pre-paid, thus, you will be responsible for any additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country, if not paid the courier will dispose of your parcel. 

    Delivery Terms

    In general, UK delivery can take between 3 - 7 working days

    For orders shipped internationally they can be in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on your country.

    Dispatch Time

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment of order.

    Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    Delivery Time Exceeded

    If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

    Lost Parcels

    In the event that a parcel is reported as lost, it is essential to follow a structured process to ensure a thorough investigation. We require a period of 14 days from the date the parcel is reported as lost to conduct a full and fair investigation with our courier service. This timeframe allows us to gather necessary information, track the parcel's journey, and communicate effectively with the courier to ascertain the status of the shipment. During this period, we encourage customers to remain in contact with us for updates and to provide any additional information that may assist in the investigation. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Items Out Of Stock

    If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
